The Caring Force is starting a public awareness campaign to recognize the incredible efforts of human services workers throughout the pandemic.
The Caring Force – made up of workers, clients, consumers, family members and more – is leading a campaign to thank human service workers in Massachusetts, who fill more than 180,000 jobs in the state. As workers provide essential services to one-in-ten state residents, many – including the Governor – are thanking these dedicated caregivers for their efforts – particularly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The “Essential Workers” campaign features lawn signs, billboards and special messages, like the above video from Governor Charlie Baker recognizing the incredible contributions these workers are making on the front lines during the pandemic.
We expect more videos and other PSAs to be released in the near future, highlighting the essential workers in the community-based human services sector.
