This webinar will focus on the changing and challenging landscape currently facing non-profit organizations. This is the first in a new series of webinars hosted by the AGO’s Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division specifically designed to address the needs of non-profit organizations that now face a changed funding and policy landscape as a result of the new federal administration.
In this first session, we will address the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) work to hold the federal government accountable for unlawful actions, walk through how the AGO can be a resource to the non-profit sector, and share available resources and recent updates to legal guidance. Speakers will include Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell and staff from the AGO’s Executive Bureau, Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, and Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division.
