Complicated grief affects us all. It comes in many forms from loss of relationships to loss of people, pets, jobs, and plans for living environments. We have grief at work, in our personal lives, and in the world around us. How can we best address this grief, be supportive, while continuing to provide good services to our clients? This webinar will talk about how grief affects us and how to care for ourselves and staff.
During this session, participants will:
– Identify Complicated Grief in their lives
– Identify support system and how to understand when to ask for support for their grief
– Making a plan for Self Care and managing grief
