Join the Providers’ Council’s second DEIB Roundtable of 2025 to discuss how organizations are continuing to respond to the changing landscape around DEIB work. The DEIB Committee from Insource Services returns to continue this ongoing and impactful conversation about how to move forward and sustain meaningful change in the DEIB space.

Shavon Andrews, Team Lead and Senior HR Consultant
Shavon is a passionate, dependable leader on the HR team, who uses her 20+ years of experience in Human Resources & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) work to help Insources clients achieve further success. Known for her action-oriented determination to build respectful relationships, Shavon supports multiple clients with their HR management needs. This includes policy development, staffing, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations, benefits program design and administration, and compensation. She is a frequent trainer and facilitator primarily focused on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As a DEIB and racial equity facilitator and thought leader Shavon has experience partnering with government agencies, organizations, academic institutions, businesses, faith-based initiatives, and communities seeking to advance their mission by promoting DEIB values for the benefit and development of their workforce and communities served. Shavon prioritizes relationship-building and service to design effective strategies for integrating DEIB principles into organizational practices while ensuring that each process is tailored to every client’s unique brand, mission and goals. She is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Senior Professionals in Human Resources. (SPHR)
Elizabeth Stasiowski, Team Lead and Finance Associate Director
As a Finance Associate Director and Financial Team Lead, Elizabeth uses her extensive experience to keep clients on track financially, up-to-date with regulatory requirements and compliance issues and looking forward to create long-term financial stability. Elizabeth is experienced in addressing boards of directors and making financial data accessible to a variety of stakeholders and decision-makers. Her background includes a strong understanding of grant management, Government Auditing Standards, OMB Circular A-133 compliance and UFR preparation; and she has developed budgeting and tracking tools and templates. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in romance language (Spanish) from Boston College and a Master of Social Work from Boston University. She has also earned certificates in accounting, public purchasing and nonprofit management and leadership.
