Intended Audience: Supervisors and Managers, Human Resources, Executive Leadership

Neurodiverse employees are an asset to the workplace, and participants in this workshop will learn about practical ways to support their staff. During this session, we will provide a general overview of Neurodiversity – what it is and why it matters, before exploring tangible steps that any workplace can take to better support their employees.

ASL interpreting services will be provided at this event.

During this session, participants will:

– Gain a basic understanding about neurodiversity and the strengths/challenges that are commonly associated with people who are neurodiverse.

– Increase knowledge of how to support all staff, especially the neurodiverse.

– Learn realistic, actionable steps to take back that will increase accessibility in the workplace.
