Program Description:

The Leadership Initiative (TLI) is a cross-agency mentoring program for Providers’ Council organizations, designed to support career growth in the human services sector. The Leadership Initiative (TLI) offers a framework for growth through mentor and mentee relationships and is tailored toward individuals looking to advance their career in the sector and those willing to share knowledge from their experience. 

Program Goals:

• Cultivate the leadership qualities of individuals in the human services sector. 
• Support emerging leaders through connections to established leadership. 
• Foster collaboration and career guidance, while promoting knowledge of the sector.
