The Providers’ Council announced on Tuesday that it will hold a training on March 8 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. titled, “Emerging Leaders: Stay and Grow in Human Services.”
This session, presented by Jim Ognibene of Visioneer Consulting, will help newly emerging leaders define their niche in human services with definitive, practical action steps they can take right away. Course content presents recent 2021 Center for Creative Leadership research of 10,386 emerging leaders worldwide and what they want and need to succeed.
In this session, attendees will:
- Gain a better understanding of how to put their best foot forward in the human services field
- Learn how to develop support networks for encouragement and inspiration
- Connect their personal values with their agency’s mission/vision statement, including a look at DEI practices and principles
- Define their three current strengths and three skills they want to grow in
