The Providers’ Council offers several ways for human services providers, businesses, colleges and universities and others to share information about programs, products, services, trainings and job opportunities.
Advertising
Advertising space is available in the Council’s flagship publication, The Provider newspaper, as well as in the weekly newsletters, ALEX and eDigest. The newspaper, now in its 40th year, includes a printed version distributed by mail and an electronic version distributed to an email list and posted on our website. They have a combined circulation of nearly 5,000.
The newsletters, sent on an alternating schedule, reach more than 4,000 recipients each week. ALEX – Academy for Learning & Exchange focuses on education and training opportunities available to human services professionals from a variety of sources including the Council, members, the state and others. The eDigest focuses on news, policy and other issues of the day.
Ads in both the newspaper and the newsletters is sold on a monthly basis. Space in The Provider is sold out for February and April 2019. Please contact Michelle McKenzie by email at mmckenzie@providers.org for more information and ad specs.
Jobs Board
The Council also hosts Jobs with Heart, a career and jobs board for human services employers to post available positions. Free for Council members and for all job seekers, Jobs with Heart is the only statewide jobs board dedicated exclusively to human services careers.
