The deadline to submit your appeals to MassHealth regarding the second-quarter EMAC Supplement assessments is Thursday, Aug. 30th.
This process allows employers to request a review of those employees who possibly should not have appeared on the EMAC Supplement list. Employers must fill out the EMAC Employee Information Form for each employee whose assessment you wish to appeal.
The form must be sent to EMACemployeedata@state.ma.us via secure email by Thursday, Aug. 30th. If you have questions about the EMAC Supplement, please email Bill Yelenak.
The FY ’19 state budget that was signed by Gov. Charlie Baker does include an EMAC hardship waiver. Information will be posted on the state website as it is available.
