The Caring Force Blog Governor Baker thanks “essential human services workers” in new PSA!

The Caring Force has launched an ambitious campaign to thank our human service workers in Massachusetts for their tireless work caring for the Commonwealth’s residents. And today, we wanted to share our latest public service announcement in our “Essential Workers” Campaign to increase the community’s appreciation of our front line heroes.

Governor Charlie Baker has filmed this wonderful public service announcement thanking you – our essential human service workers – and this video will begin airing on television stations and social media channels in the next few weeks! We wanted to share it with you today:

Thank you to Governor Baker for recognizing the human services workers across Massachusetts who fill more than 180,000 jobs.

Our “Essential Workers” campaign is surpassing all expectations and is present in every corner of Massachusetts. We have distributed more than 3,000 lawn signs, set up five billboards in various regions across the Commonwealth and will film a number of PSAs. And we’re just getting started in sharing the message about the incredible work done in our sector.

We have a lot more in the works. Follow our FacebookTwitter and Instagram to see photos of our lawn signs, billboards, and more. Please join us in spreading the news and posting about your own lawn sign. For more information about getting involved, please email Ravi Simon at rsimon@providers.org.
