Our ventures include food service and catering, commercial cleaning, landscaping, and production work. These businesses put CWS’s program participants to work. They provide on-the-job training opportunities that help individuals gain a better understanding of work expectations, develop technical skills and earn wages. These experiences also provide much-needed recent work history, which increases a participant’s marketability to potential employers
