On June 3, a group of professionals within the human services sector gathered at the Providers’ Council to kick off the Leadership Initiative! This program is a year-long that seeks to foster career growth within the sector.
Mentors and mentees met for the first time to discuss their goals for the program and how they want to make an impact on their organization. The meeting allowed program participants to connect with one another as peers looking to further their careers in this sector.
The Leadership Initiative is a cross-agency mentoring program for Providers’ Council organizations that aims to grow future leaders of the Massachusetts human services sector through supportive mentor and mentee partnerships.
