This month, the Council published its annual legislative issue, featuring stories on the Council’s legislative priorities for 2026, the impact of TPS expirations on the human services sector, information on the upcoming federal budget negotiations and an announcement of the Council’s latest partnership with the UMass Donahue Institute on a new research project.
In this edition, the “View from the Hill” section featured Senate President, Karen E. Spilka, who discusses her legislative priorities.
