Registration is now open for the Providers’ Council’s Annual Business and Membership Meeting on May 8 in Worcester, followed by a Luncheon Seminar on the Council’s upcoming report, Health through Human Services.
The events, which includes a showcase of the Council’s Endorsed Business Partners, will take place at the Beechwood Hotel, with the business meeting beginning at 10:30 a.m. and the luncheon forum beginning at noon. The Annual Business and Membership Meeting will include the election of the Board of Directors, and all Providers’ Council members may attend.
Christina Citino and Michael Goodman, of the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute and UMass Dartmouth, respectively, will discuss the findings of the Providers’ Council’s upcoming report, Health through Human Services, and lead an expert panel in examining the coordinated and targeted efforts needed to move the sector beyond its current challenges. The panel will address the North Star Initiatives the report outlines for human services agencies to pursue in order to realize the potential of the sector. Non-members are welcome to attend the luncheon seminar.
