News Council thanks all who attended its Annual Convention & Expo for making it a huge success

The Providers’ Council’s 48th Annual Convention & Expo: Advocate | Act | Achieve was a tremendous success in 2023, held yesterday at the Marriott Copley Place Hotel in Boston.

Nearly 1,200 people with ties to the community-based human services sector attended the event – the largest of its kind in the Northeast – in celebration of the vital work being done by providers across Massachusetts to serve and support the most vulnerable populations in the state.

The annual event featured 34 workshops, two awards ceremonies and nearly 70 exhibitors to help save attendees time and money. Award-winning author and LGBTQIA+ advocate Jodie Patterson also delivered a moving keynote speech on her diverse family, her introduction to transgenderism and her ideas on redefining “mothering.”

If you attended the event and would like to provide feedback on what you loved and where we could improve, please visit our brief online evaluation here.

We at the Council want to thank everyone who came out to the event and helped make it such a wonderful experience!
