The Providers’ Council is once again hosting its popular training series Success as a New Supervisor this fall.
This two-day, hybrid training will take place on Tuesday, September 12 at the Providers’ Council’s office in Framingham, and on Tuesday, September 26 via Zoom. Both of these sessions will be from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Strong leaders take initiative, think strategically and empower others to carry out a vision. The supervisor, in particular, plays a key role in the success of any organization. Attendees will explore and define many of the competencies required of those in the supervisor role. This training is for both current and newly-promoted supervisors and offers an opportunity for the development and retention of these key staff members.
