The Providers’ Council recently introduced a free, members-only webinar to provide clarity on the Biden Administration’s coronavirus vaccine mandate for employers with 100 or more employees.
Titled “Understanding the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standards,” legal experts from Hirsch Roberts Weinstein, LLP will delve into the recent developments regarding OSHA’s ETS, which will require employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have unvaccinated workers produce weekly negative test results and wear face coverings at work, starting Jan. 4.
Presenters Dave Wilson, Kathleen Berney and Rich Loftus will review the requirements of the law, the status of pending legal challenges and issues related to reasonable accommodations of religion and disability. There will also be a Q&A portion where members will have the opportunity to have their questions answered directly by the presenters.
