Join the Providers’ Council for a free, members-only webinar, Workforce Training Fund Information Session, facilitated by Kristen Rayne of Commonwealth Corporation. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, March 12th at 10 a.m.
The Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) awards between $18M-$22M annually to Massachusetts employers to help train and upskill their incumbent workforce. The fund helps MA businesses address small scale or large scale needs from computer skills and business writing, to leadership/management skills and process improvement. Commonwealth Corporation administers the WTFP on behalf of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development.
In this session, you will:
- Learn the features and requirements of each program;
- Gain awareness of funding availability and the application process; and
- Determine which grants are best suited for their business needs and know how to begin the application process.
*Please note: Agencies are only eligible to apply to the Workforce Training Fund if they contribute to Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance. You can find full eligibility requirements here.
