As more and more of the human service payment models move to a value-based payment and reporting model, it is crucial for providers to understand the role technology plays in collecting and reporting on these value-based programs. Payers, whether private, managed care or the state, will pay for value and performance. Providers need to be able to understand their data and articulate their program metrics in order to maximize their reimbursement.

About the presenter:
Keith Boushee has been in the IT industry for 35 years and in healthcare IT for the past 25 years in a series of roles focused on acute care, substance use, mental and behavioral health, and other human services markets. As a PMI-certified Project Manager and Project Executive, Keith led large scale EHR implementation teams in delivering enterprise solutions to both private and public sector agencies. As a sales executive, he has had multiple years leading organizations in total sales. His roles in healthcare IT have also included business analysis, training and account management, with a focus on customer experience. Keith holds a degree in Computer Operations Technology.
