What are cyberattacks? What is it that attackers are interested in? How can I protect myself from an attack? Join Vassilis Kontoglis of the accounting firm AAFCPAs as he answers these questions and helps you take control of your cybersecurity practices – before it’s too late.

The financial and organizational repercussions of a cyberattack can impact an organization for years to come. Investing time now to learn how you can immediately secure your personal data is crucial. In this session, presenters will walk you through types of cyberattacks and what they mean for you and your organization. You’ll leave the session with a better understanding of how to improve your cybersecurity practices.

This training will take place from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14 at the Providers’ Council in Framingham.

In this session you will:

  • Learn about the different types of cybersecurity attacks;
  • Discuss what makes organizations vulnerable to these attacks; and
  • Understand the steps needed to develop a cybersecurity action plan.
