Molly is the part-time staff person helping to support the Providers' Council's eAcademy program.
Amanda is the lead staff person supporting the Providers' Council's eAcademy program and our network of eAcademy Administrators.
Tracy handles the finances for both the Providers' Council and the Human Services Providers Charitable Foundation, including accounts payable and receivable. She serves as the office manager, handles human resources and manages registration for the Annual Convention & Expo, the Council's signature event.
Nina supports the Providers' Council's Education and Training team and membership efforts. She also oversees the Council's JobsWithHeart online job board.
Maureen coordinates the Council’s internal and external communications efforts, including social media, e-communications, reports and publications and The Provider newspaper.
Isabella plays a key role in advancing the Council’s public policy initiatives and managing its grassroots advocacy arm, The Caring Force. She helps Council members understand policy issues at the state, municipal, and federal levels, lead The Caring Force’s efforts, and drive voting and research initiatives that support the Council’s mission.
Caroline represents the Council's interests across all levels of government, collaborating with leadership to draft and push forward legislation that benefits our sector. She oversees the Council's communications strategy, including managing our brand, marketing materials, and media relations.
Pamela provides administrative support to all members of the Council. She addresses inquiries from member organizations and helps manage the Council’s Tuition Remission program. She processes new membership paperwork and member renewal applications.
Ann directs the Providers' Council's membership and education efforts. Ann oversees the Council's membership recruitment and retention efforts; manages the Council's Endorsed Business Partners; and provides staff support to the Council's Membership and Race, Diversity and Inclusion committees.
Nina plans the Council's trainings and webinars calendar, oversees Convention & Expo workshops, and helps oversee collegiate academic partnerships and opportunities. She also coordinates The Leadership Initiative and the What a Great Idea! Social Enterprise program.
Bill is responsible for the overall management of the Providers' Council and its related foundation, the Human Services Providers Charitable Foundation, Inc. He leads the Council's efforts on public policy, education/training and in other related areas while representing the Council and its members with key stakeholders and provides leadership on human services issues.
