The Providers’ Council is excited to announce that Caroline O’Neill has been promoted to Manager of Public Policy and Communications!
O’Neill previously served as the Public Policy and Communications Coordinator, acting as the project manager of The Caring Force, the Council’s grassroots advocacy initiative. She also worked on the Council’s public policy priorities, tracked the state budget, analyzed human services rates and led the Council’s efforts on CareVote, its nonpartisan voter engagement initiative, and the census.
