We hope you’re enjoying your summer, but as September quickly approaches, there are important dates you need to know so you can vote in elections this fall!
If you want to vote in local elections this fall, you must make sure you’re registered to vote! Here are a few important dates to mark in your calendar:
- September 20, 2017: Voter registration deadline for the State Primary Election
- October 10, 2017: State Primary Election
- October 18, 2017: Voter registration deadline for the State General Election
- November 7, 2017: State General Election
And lucky for you, the process to register to vote has never been easier! You can now register to vote by filling out an online form. If you don’t want to register online, you can either download the voter registration form and mail it in or register in person at your local election office.
REMEMBER: If you have moved since the last election, you need to re-register to vote with your new address. Simply choose one of the three registration options above so you’ll be eligible to vote in the upcoming primary in October.

Remember, once you’re registered and ready to vote, check in with your co-workers, consumers, clients, friends and family members to make sure they are also registered. We appreciate your help in making sure every vote counts!
