The state has recently updated its website that lists EOHHS regulations at 101 CMR 4xx.
All of the rates can be found at the state’s website. All regulations are now listed in the same place, and each regulation also has a subpage that has the latest information about that regulation.

Certain rates that go into effect on July 1, 2019 include a “Workforce Initiatives” add-on intended to help raise community-based human service workers’ salaries.
