The COVID-19 pandemic has sent our lives into an uncertain spiral. Through it all, supervisors must be able to communicate effectively while managing the full range of emotional reactions in this stressful environment and still get the job done. Join professional development trainer Jim Ognibene and guest speaker, Ken Tebbetts, former Human Resources Executive, as they lead you through understanding the stages of change, strategies to best support your staff, and tips for managing as successfully as possible.
This training will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, April 27 online via Zoom.
During this session, participants will:
- Understand the importance of transparency during times of hyper change;
- Learn ways to manage reactions to change;
- Apply the psychological parameters of each stage in the change cycle: endings, neutral zone, and beginnings; and
- Understand the five stages of loss and the five stages of gain summarized in the Change Curve Model.
