The Providers’ Council notified its members on Friday, July 13 that three public hearings will take place on Friday, August 3 in Quincy on rates for a number of programs covered under Chapter 257 of the Acts of 2008.
The public hearings include:
- 101 CMR 418.00: Payments for Youth Short-Term Stabilization and Emergency Placement Services (10 a.m.)
- 101 CMR 417.00: Rates for Certain Elder Care Services (11 a.m.)
- 101 CMR 424.00: Rates for Certain Developmental and Support Services (11:30 a.m.)
