SUMMARY:Associate Member Webinar: The ROI of Measurement-Based Care (MBC)
DESCRIPTION:Date and Time: October 1; 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. \nLocation: Online via Zoom \n**Please note this session is hosted by Greenspace Health. Any questions regarding the session should be directed to abby@greenspacehealth.com. \nThe impact of Measurement-Based Care (MBC) on behavioral health care is well known today. By giving providers and clients greater visibility into progress and making outcomes data part of treatment\, MBC can strengthen engagement\, inform clinical decision-making\, and meaningfully improve outcomes. Now\, the value of that data is extending far beyond the clinical setting. \nBehavioral health funding is changing. Across grants\, RFPs\, payor contracts\, and value-based care arrangements\, organizations are facing growing pressure to demonstrate the impact of their services and make a stronger case for investment. Organizations using MBC are increasingly well positioned to meet that demand\, with outcomes data that can strengthen grant applications\, differentiate RFP responses\, support negotiations with funders and payors\, and help make the case for the resources needed to expand access to care. The ROI extends even further when MBC helps improve engagement and reduce costly challenges like no-shows and early dropout. \nRegister Here! \n  \nPresented by: \nDenise Dickerson\, LCADC\, LCPC\, Director of Behavioral Health\, Calvert County Behavioral Health\nAndy Kelly\, Chief Commercial Officer\, Boulder Care\nNick Forand\, PhD\, ABPP\, Principal Clinical Research Scientist\, Two Chairs\nHost: Simon Weisz\, President & Co-Founder\, Greenspace Health \n  \nCost: \nFree

SUMMARY:Stability Planning: Finding Firm Ground When the Work Can't Stop
DESCRIPTION:Date and Time: November 4; 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. \nLocation: Online via Zoom \nIntended Audience: Executive Leadership \nLearning Track: Leadership & Organizational Development \nStrategic planning depends on being able to predict\, to some degree\, what’s coming. That’s just not where we are right now — it’s hard to say with any confidence what next year will bring\, let alone what things will look like in five. That’s a challenge across the nonprofit sector\, but it’s a particularly tight spot for human services organizations\, because the usual response — narrowing your scope\, shifting resources toward the work you can sustain — assumes a level of choice about your programs that you don’t really have when the work is contracted and the rates are set somewhere else. \nStability planning is an alternative process for nonprofit leaders who need real direction right now but can’t credibly commit to a multi-year plan. This session will define what stability planning is\, how it differs from traditional strategic planning\, and how to lead the process in your own organization. We’ll spend real time on what’s inside your control and what isn’t\, and what that means for what you actually do. The session will share three ways to run this\, from a single facilitated day to a multi-month process\, so you leave with the questions\, the sequence\, and the facilitation moves you’d need to run a version that fits your capacity. \nRegister Here! \n  \nAt the end of this session\, participants will be able to: \n– Define what stability means for their own organization\, from financial\, programmatic\, and staffing vantage points\, and identify what most threatens it right now \n– Structure the internal decision-making process about what to protect\, pause\, or flag as unsustainable\, including who’s in the conversation\, what information informs it\, and who holds the final call \n– Choose and sequence an approach to leading a stability planning process in their own organization\, sized to their capacity and timeline \n  \nPresented by: \nJulia Monaghan\, Founder & Principal\, People Centered Change \n  \nCost: \nMember price: $50 \nNon-member price: $125 \n  \nCancellation Policy: Reimbursement only for cancellations received at least 5 business days before the event. \nConfirmation Policy: We only send confirmations via email. Please email Nina Lamarre at nlamarre@providers.org if you do not receive a confirmation email. \nAccommodation Policy: We will do our best to accommodate individuals needing services.
