The Caring Force is the grassroots advocacy initiative of the Providers’ Council, empowering supporters of the human services sector to drive meaningful change. Our mission is to build a stronger Massachusetts — one that protects our most vulnerable neighbors while ensuring human services workers receive the pay, recognition, and respect they deserve.
Members get involved in a variety of ways: reading our email newsletter, taking action on legislative priorities by contacting their legislators, or attending our rallies. Anyone is welcome to join!
As a member, you can attend or speak at rallies, share your story, and connect with legislators to make sure your voice is heard where it counts.
Want to on a greater role with TCF? Become a Caring Force Captain or Ambassador!
Captains and Ambassadors are dedicated advocates who help spread the word about Caring Force events and campaigns within their organizations and communities, and receive more personalized outreach about upcoming action items. Captains are typically senior leadership within agencies; Ambassadors are junior staff, friends, family members, or active community members.
