Council to release report, hold forum on service delivery

BOSTON – The state’s largest human services membership association and Public Consulting Group will release a report on March 20 detailing emerging trends in the state’s human services sector.
Trends in the Human Service Landscape, prepared by Public Consulting Group and commissioned by the Providers’ Council, details several major issues, including a shift to person-directed care, the decentralization of services and changes to provider payment models. Public Consulting Group’s Tara Himmel will discuss the participant-directed care finding with a panel discussion about it to follow.
