Learn about Training Connection, a new Council member benefit!
Does your organization host opportunities for professional development in human services? Are you looking for ways to announce your events to a wider audience?
The Providers’ Council is pleased to announce the launch of a new, free Member Benefit – the Training Connection. Training Connection will be a new section of our Academy for Learning and Exchange eNewsletter in which the Council highlights our members’ upcoming opportunities for education and professional development in the field of human services. This feature will increase awareness of the wealth of training expertise within the Council’s membership and connect potential attendees to these opportunities for learning.
In order to be eligible to be included in the Training Connection feature, events must:
- Be hosted, organized or sponsored by a Council provider member agency; and
- Be for the purposes of professional development or education in human services.
Due to space limitations, each provider member organization may include one event per edition of ALEX. Events must be received by noon the preceding Friday to be included in the Training Connection feature. Fundraising and promotional events, as well as any events hosted or organized by non-Council members, are not eligible to be included in this feature.
To submit your event, please send all of the following – by e-mail – to Ella Froggatt.
- Event name
- Event date and time
- Sponsoring organization
- A link to online registration, a contact phone number or a contact email address
- A one-sentence description
Only complete submissions will be included.
