Submit regulation reviews online through new ANF website
The Executive Office of Administration and Finance launched a centralized website for the state's regulation review project this week, titled A Clearer Code: Regulatory Review. In March, Gov. Baker signed Executive Order #562, requiring all existing Executive Branch regulations to be reviewed.
Through the website, you are able to:
- Submit written comments on specific regulations or on the existing regulatory climate in general;
- View public comments submitted to the state as they become available;
- Find the schedule for all public listening sessions and public hearings; and
- Find the compiled Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR).
Please note that ANF listening sessions regarding individuals with disabilities begin on Nov. 9 in Boston and EOHHS listening sessions are currently ongoing, with the next session scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 4. Find information on times and locations, here.
Highlighted topics for these sessions will include Substance Use Disorder Treatment; Service Planning and Programs (Housing - Residential, Facilities, Assisted Living, Day Programs Family Support, Home Care, Transportation, Employment); Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Supports.
The Providers' Council will continue to monitor the progress of the regulatory review effort. In the meantime, please contact Christine Mikiewicz if you have questions or plan to submit a regulation to the state for review.
