Sold out again! It’s ‘All In’ for Providers’ Council annual convention
The Providers’ Council’s 42nd Annual Convention & Expo: We’re All In has sold out!
Nearly 1,200 people are expected at the Marriott Copley Place Hotel in Boston on Monday, September 25, for the annual event that will feature Keynote Speaker Steve Pemberton, a pioneer in corporate diversity, advocate for at-risk youth and author of best-selling memoir A Chance in the World.
Special guests Gov. Charlie Baker and EOHHS Secretary Marylou Sudders are also scheduled to deliver special remarks.
The Providers’ Council’s annual convention and expo is the largest event of its kind in the Northeast, bringing human services executives, board members, supervisors, direct care staff, consumers and other stakeholders to Boston for the day-long event. Additionally, there will be nearly 80 exhibitors from around the U.S.
This year’s event also includes 34 educational workshops and professional development opportunities, as well as the presentation of the annual Awards of Excellence and Peer Provider Awards. Boston25 News Anchor Vanessa Welch, who recently received a New England Emmy as favorite newscaster, will host this year’s Peer Provider Awards ceremony.
