Registration now open for Winter Supervision Series
The next session of the Providers' Council's popular Certificate in Supervision Series starts Tuesday, January 24 in Worcester. The series provides tools that allow managers to demonstrate effective supervisory techniques even as they face greater expectations, high turnover and increased regulation.
Designed to meet key challenges of supervisors in today's workplace, the Supervision Series covers six key topics over the course of the program, including Communication and Leadership, Situational Leadership, Conflict Management, Team Building, Performance Management and Group Planning and Decision Making. Participants will receive a certificate when they successfully attend all six sessions and 18 NASW CEUs are also available upon completion.
The Winter Certificate in Supervision Series will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the following Tuesdays - January 24; February 7 & 21; March 7 & 21; and April 4 - at Seven Hills Foundation, 81 Hope Ave. in Worcester. The cost is $500 for members and $800 for non-members.
