More than 15 members join Providers’ Benchmarking
Last fall, the Providers' Council launched Providers' Benchmarking, a new program available only to Council members. In just its first quarter of operation, more than 15 member organizations have already signed on to participate in this critical initiative.
Providers' Benchmarking is a tool for measuring your agency's performance against expectations, past performance and norms in your industry in order to help identify strengths and opportunities for improvement within your agency. It is designed to provide apples-to-apples comparisons specifically for health and human services organizations. In addition to providing this essential information, Providers' Benchmarking connects you with top performers and best practices that can help your organization galvanize its effectiveness and efficiency. Subscriptions to Providers' Benchmarking are available in four service areas: Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Children and Families, Mental Health and Addiction Services.
This comprehensive program is offered in collaboration with Netsmart Technologies. Participating organizations submit performance data in financial, operational, clinical and organizational climate metric areas via a secure, user-friendly web-based survey and receive comparative reports on a quarterly basis. The survey form, data submitted and reports are completely confidential and are never released to third parties.
