Members among Top Places to Work, Game Changers
More members are making news for their strong business practices and leadership.
Congratulations to Justice Resource Institute and Bay Cove Human Services who have again been named as one of the Top 100 Places to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe. Both fall into the Largest Employers category (having 1,000 or more employees), with JRI at #13 and Bay Cove at #21.
From the Globe: "(The paper) invited 2,021 companies to participate in the Top Places to Work survey, 332 went all the way through the process. More than 70,000 employees rated them on things like direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits."
Companies fall into one of four categories: small companies (50 to 99 workers); medium (100 to 249); large (250 to 999); and largest. You can read more here.
Congratulations also goes to Jo Ann Simons, president and CEO of Northeast Arc in Danvers, who was named a 2016 Power 50 Game Changer by the Boston Business Journal. You can read that here.
