Member-exclusive event on millennial recruitment Feb. 16

The Providers' Council is hosting a free HR Roundtable on Millennial Recruitment exclusively for members on Thursday, February 16th from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Dedham. This roundtable is for executives and other human resources staff who are interested in learning more about recruiting millennials to the human service sector.

During this roundtable, attendees will learn best practices for marketing and creating job postings that appeal to millennials and beyond. The topics that will be covered during the 90-minute session include the difficulty of recruiting and retaining millennials, what experts staffing firms are doing to attract them to jobs; best practices for creating and sharing a job posting; how some human services agencies have already improved millennial recruitment; and what the Providers’ Council is doing to engage millennials. The HR Roundtable format encourages questions, discussion and sharing best practices and challenges.
