Member Benefit Update
As you know, the Providers' Council always strives to bring the very best to our members, allowing you to dedicate more resources to furthering your important missions.
Our Endorsed Business Partner relationships represent an integral component of the overall value of your membership with the Providers' Council. These businesses have committed to offering Council members special pricing and services that save you time and money, and provide revenue to the Council that has enabled us to hold our dues increases for several years.
We must inform you, however, that the Providers' Council has terminated its partnership with Ricoh Corporation. Ricoh had been our endorsed provider for our members' printer, copier and document management needs. Over the course of the past year, though, Ricoh has breached its contract with the Council numerous times, and we have been forced to take legal action. In addition, we have heard from several of our members that they have been unsatisfied with Ricoh's performance.
Council staff and the Member Benefits Committee are working diligently to find a new partner to meet our members' needs. We remain committed to negotiating competitively priced programs and services, and we are excited to begin a new partnership that will bring even more value to our members.
