The Providers’ Council has added a number of new training opportunities to its spring education calendar, including a safety training, a members-only workshop on organizational change and how to handle difficult personalities.
Registration is now open for all three sessions, which will be held at member training sites around the state.
There are also two upcoming webinars on the Council's Certificate Program with Suffolk and Clark universities.

Interested in the Providers' Council's graduate-level Certificate Program, but not sure if it is for you? Join one or both of these webinars and find out! This year-long, graduate-level certificate program is specifically designed for mid-career professionals in nonprofit organizations. Recognizing the complex and challenging set of skills that are necessary to excel in human services management, this program includes six blocks of classes in key subject areas.

NASW Workplace Safety Training (Danvers)
Open to members and non-members, the training meets the compliance requirements for EOHHS and the Massachusetts Social Worker and Human Service Worker Safety Law.
Friday, April 7
Facilitating Organizational Change (Boston, Members Only)
This workshop is offered in partnership with the Institute for Public Service at Suffolk and will be led by IPS Chair Brenda Bond.
Thursday, April 13
Dealing Effectively with Difficult People (Fall River)
Trainer Wally Coyle will lead the session that helps participants understand different personality types, offers curing and coping strategies, how to listen to difficult people and more.
