Important Salary Reserve deadline on Monday

This coming Monday, October 1 is the final date on which providers can submit all payroll and salary information to the Provider Data Management system. This is required for the allocation of the FY '13 Salary Reserve funds.

This is a critical step in the Salary Reserve disbursement process. No applications will be accepted after Oct. 1 and no appeals will be available based on failure to meet this deadline. Don't run out of time! Please submit the data as soon as possible.
