Host of new learning opportunities available
The Providers’ Council has trainings and workshops scheduled throughout the spring, including several new offerings and some sessions exclusively for Council members.
There are still a few seats left for the members-only workshop on Facilitating Organizational Change that will be held in Boston on Friday, April 7. Registration closes on Wednesday, April 5. A new offering presented in partnership with Suffolk University’s Institute for Public Service, the session will explore how strategic choices and incremental change can transform an organization.
Three other events recently added to the training schedule are Dealing Effectively with Difficult People, which will be led by Wally Coyle on Thursday, April 13 in Fall River; The Engagement-Recognition-Retention Engine, led by John Howard on Thursday, May 4 in Somerville; and Managing Stress in the Workplace, led by Katherine Maloney on Thursday, May 25 in Worcester.
The Council’s popular day-long training, Conducting Effective Internal Investigations, will be offered again in June in Foxborough after a recent session sold out!
