This year-long program is designed for mid-career professionals working at both Providers' Council member and non-member nonprofit organizations. The program includes courses on:
- Human Service Management
- Financial Management
- Human Resources
- Legal Issues for Nonprofits
- Program Evaluation
- Social Entrepreneurship
- Advanced Studies in Administration & Finance (optional)
Students apply what they learn to produce cost-savings studies, job description updates, strategic plans, grant proposals and more to strengthen their agency.
This is a unique opportunity to pursue affordable, flexible graduate-level education in the field of human services. For the cost of one graduate class, students complete up to five graduate classes and can earn credit for completed classes towards some master's degree programs, including Master of Public Administration.
