Application Extended: Leadership Initiative
The Leadership Initiative is an inter-agency mentoring program of the Providers' Council that aims to grow the future leaders of the human services sector. Applications are being accepted through Wednesday, May 27!
In the initative's third year, the Council hopes to pair mentors and mentees to acheive the following:
- Cultivate the leadership skills and enhance the professional development of future leaders of the human services sector.
- Retain the best talent within the sector.
- Create a collaborative environment among member agencies that allows for the sharing of resources, ideas and knowledge about the sector.
The third year of The Leadership Initiative will begin in June 2015 and run for one full calendar year with mentors and mentees meeting at a minimum of once a month. We are now accepting applications for Mentors and Mentees.
