New feature tracks performance through Providers’ eAcademy®
Providers' eAcademy®, the Providers' Council's online learning management system powered by Relias Learning, has added a Competency Review module that allows agencies to create and track performance reviews and evaluations.
This module, available now to all organizations, can be used to evaluate and track specific observable staff behaviors based upon an agency-defined standard and scale. Completely customizable, the tools will allow managers and supervisors to grow and develop staff by:
- Measuring, tracking and benchmarking performance;
- Conducting employee performance reviews through the learning management system;
- Automatically assigning reviews to supervisors and learners; and
- Automatically reporting on scores and completions.
The new tools also allow staff to complete self-evaluations using the same competencies and upload any agency certificate or document to Competency Review module completions. Staff who complete the review for themselves or those they manage will also be able to leave comments for each competency and overall comments about an employee as well. Administrators of the Providers' eAcademy® system will be able to determine which employees are able to conduct and report on these reviews.
The goal of adding this module is to allow for ease and simplicity in measuring employee performance and growth in the organization.
Currently utilized by more than 24,000 users at 50 agencies across the Commonwealth, Providers' eAcademy® is designed to advance workforce training and professional development specifically in the human services sector. It provides the tools needed to educate all levels of staff and can help organizations meet and exceed licensure and accreditation requirements in a cost-efficient manner.
