Administration and Finance Forum for human service nonprofits
The Providers’ Council is hosting an Administration and Finance Luncheon Forum on Monday, Dec. 12 to give nonprofit human service providers some insight to the state budget picture and other issues that may affect nonprofit programs and services.
The forum will feature Administration and Finance Secretary Kristen Lepore, the state budget chief; and state Health and Human Services Secretary Marylou Sudders. They will talk about the budget picture for the second half of FY ’17; budget priorities and projections for FY ’18; the impact of the recent Medicaid waiver; and more. There will also be time to ask questions of the secretaries.
The event is being co-hosted by the Suffolk University Moakley Center for Public Management and will be held at Suffolk’s Sargent Hall, 120 Tremont St., on the 5th floor from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
