Join us on Sept. 10 to learn about the New Health Insurance Marketplace!

Each of the states has filed a blueprint for creating a Health Insurance Marketplace (formerly known as the American Health Benefit Exchanges). These Exchanges are projected to be operational on January 1, 2014. Under the regulations, a large employer's potential Shared Responsibility Penalty may be avoided, or postponed, for some group health plans. We expect to continue to be inundated with new guidance and regulations in the coming months as the commencement of State Exchanges nears.
