Eliot's Adult Mental Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that promote consumer rights, responsibilities, rehabilitation, and recovery. We provide rehabilitative services that enable people to increase functioning in the living, working, and social environments of their choice.
Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a dedicated Master's level Vocational Specialist for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). PACT is an evidenced based multidisciplinary outreach mental program that serves adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses in the community. PACT clinicians work as a team to collaborate with consumers to develop treatment interventions that assist them in the recovery process
Responsibilities':
• Participate in completing vocational assessments
• Participate in treatment planning meetings on a weekly basis through written documentation and clinical discussions.
• Act as a primary case manager to consumers
• Provide individualized vocational interventions indicated on consumer treatment plans.
• Provide job development and develop employment opportunities for consumers.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Qualifications
Desired candidate will have strong clinical skills, a Master's degree in rehabilitations and psychiatric rehabilitation or a master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, education. LMHC, LICSW . Candidate should have strong commitment to mental health recovery, must be at least 21 years old with a valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation.
