MEN'S STABILIZATION PROGRAM

LOCATION: 170 Morton St, Jamaica Plain, MA

SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides clinical leadership and administrative oversight to the  Men’s Stabilization Program by developing the overall clinical content model, instituting group curriculum with specific session goals and objectives, providing weekly clinical supervision, maintaining clinical continuity throughout the program, ensuring the clinical schedule is maintained, and participating in quality improvement activities.  Assists the Clinical Director in oversight of daily clinical functions and group coverage.  Assists the Clinical Director in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.  Provides program coverage in the absence of the Clinical Director.  Coordinates with representatives from other PSI programs and departments.  Develops, implements and maintains, in person or by delegation, the processes, data collection, MIS and other reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements.  Responsible for staff training, clinical supervision and case conferencing.  Is an active member of the Multi-Disciplinary team.


REQUIREMENTS:

•  Master’s degree or higher in the clinical psychology, education counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, or social work
•  Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Abuse Clinician I eligible
•  Licensed in Massachusetts in social work or mental health as a LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or Clinical psychologist
•  Minimum of two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience
•  Two (2) years of substance abuse counseling supervisory experience
•  Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a human service setting
•  Highly developed leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills
•  Experience working with people who are homeless or poor
•  Experience working with people who struggle with substance abuse and mental illness
•  Experience working in a Behavioral Health organization with managed care contracts
•  Ability to organize and manage a heavy workload
•  Demonstrate creativity in program planning and demonstrate experience in program implementation
•  Demonstrate commitment to the Pine Street Inn’s Vision and Mission
•  Professional level writing, interpersonal communication and computer software skills 
•  Ability to physically access all program locations
•  Flexibility to be available according to program demands


PAY: $26,440-$55,000.00
