Position Description

Looking for a reliable PCA or Individual Aide with own transportation. Will be working with clients with disabilities and/or brain injuries. Must be able to speak and write in English fluently. This job requires writing weekly and montly reports of the clients you work with. Spanish, Creole, and/or Chinese speakers are a plus! Details provided upon interview. Please apply at the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred
• Ability to speak fluently in English and can write detailed and comprehensible activity reports
• Must have own transportation
• Experience required
• Professional licenses and certifications should be up to date
• Must have updated TB testing and medical records
