Position Description

Responds to and documents initial referrals for services.  Identifies level of risk and prioritizes referrals.  Provides information and referral services.  Bachelor’s degree required.  Ability to work in fast-paced, high volume environment.  35 hour work week, Monday - Friday.  Fluency in Portuguese a plus.  This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.   EOE/AA
