HR Roundtable: How to Manage Sharing Staff Members-Only
There can be a variety of obstacles to overcome when you share employees with another organization. How do you balance training and time commitments between multiple agencies? Is there a way to navigate educational opportunities and payroll? Are there things organizations can put in place to make sure staff are not working too many hours? Join panelists as they discuss the best practices to manage staff that work at more than one organization. This roundtable will include introductions, peer presentations, discussion and time for questions and networking.
This roundtable takes place from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14th in Needham.
Discuss various methods to successfully share employees;
Gain insight about the challenges and benefits of sharing staff, such as training, time commitments, education, MAP status, checking references and more;
Discuss the overlapping of hours/positions worked by staff at different agencies and how that is affecting quality of work; and
Learn from peers about their approaches.
